customized funding solutions for UMA Students.

We know you’re interested in continuing education. But financing college tuition can be a hurdle for many. That’s why we’ve created custom funding solutions that include these benefits:

Up to 20% off per year

on your tuition and fees. UMA graduates and alumni receive 20% off Bellevue University's already affordable tuition rate and fees *

*Start with the full transfer of your UMA associate degree. Bellevue University accepts all credits in your associate degree toward their bachelor’s degrees.
Consult with an admissions counselor to determine your eligible credits, as well as to verify minimum graduation requirements for the bachelor’s degree you’re interested in. Transfer credits must be from a regionally accredited college or university. Bellevue University makes no promises to prospective students regarding the acceptance of credit awarded by examination, credit for prior learning, or credit for transfer until an evaluation has been conducted.

your degree is more affordable than you think.

One of the best investments you can make today is your education. Don’t let funding your education stop you from achieving your dreams. Bellevue University is already one of the most affordable private universities, but UMA’s partnership with Bellevue makes your education more affordable than you may think because Bellevue offers the Max Transfer Advantage.

MaxTransfer Advantage refers to Bellevue University acceptance of all college-level courses successfully completed into your bachelor’s programs. This typically equates to at least 60 credit hours toward your bachelor’s degree, and sometimes more. When students transfer to Bellevue University they are matched with a Student Coach who is responsible for their program plan, academic schedule, and financial aid package.

Upon approval, Bellevue University will defer payment due dates of tuition and fees for 45 days from the end of class.

Transfer Credit Acceptance

If you’ve already taken some college classes, you shouldn’t have to repeat them. Bellevue University is a leader in evaluating credits you already have so you can transfer them into your degree program. There’s no transfer fee! The best way to find out how many credits you already have that can transfer into your degree, and other ways of earning college credit for previous career experience, is to talk to a Bellevue University admissions counselor by calling 1-800-756-7920.

Other Types of Funding Options

Federal Financial Aid

Bellevue University participates in all major federal and state grant and loan programs to help you pay for your direct education costs, such as tuition, books, and supplies. To apply for federal financial aid, complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online, annually. The Bellevue University school code is 002538. If you are using this tuition assistance program to pursue a bachelor’s degree, you must fill out a FAFSA and complete the financial aid process.

Scholarships and Grants

Scholarships and grants are funding options that don’t need to be paid back. Many community and foundations offer scholarships (there may be eligibility requirements) for higher education. Talk to an admissions counselor to understand how grants, scholarships and other funding sources work together.

Veteran Education Benefits

Bellevue University welcomes military education benefits and has VA-approved experts who will work with you to access and use the education funding veterans are entitled to.
