Bellevue University’s Workforce Skills Assessment is a research-driven framework designed to help organizations develop effective leaders across all levels of management. With a formulated competency model backed by research methodology, we’ve created courses focused on in-demand skills that are critical to building leaders within your workforce.

Validated through a global survey of over 1,000 participants representing diverse industries, various leadership levels and ethnic backgrounds, three tiers of leadership development were established.

At this level, individuals focus on developing their own skills, professionalism, work values, and overall contribution to the organization. The skills at this level include: Personal Values, Technical Acumen, Innovative Curiosity, Goal Orientation, Growth Mindset, and Self-Management.
At this level, managers focus on developing skills that will help them build and maintain positive relationships, delegate tasks, and make effective decisions. The skills at this level include: Communication, Social Awareness, Managing Relationships, Business Acumen, Problem Solving & Decision Making, and Directing Others.
At this level, leaders focus on skills that help inspire, motivate, and guide others toward shared objectives. The skills at this level include: Approachability, Acting Courageously, Developing
